Help with downloading alpha

Hello, I just preordered overgrowth and got a account and everything and it said i had to go to the secret preorder fourm so i go their and underneath mods it says in small print i dont have permission to view....I have tried everything and it dosnt work plz plz plz reply ty

As I said in the other similar thread just now...

it seems like your forum account is not connected with your preorder. Try contacting Wolfire about this. The usual reason this happens is for you to preorder before making a forum account, and it seems to happen quite a bit. Once you get a hold of someone on Wolfire side, it shouldn't take long to get it fixed.

After pre-ordering you get a link sent to your e-mail adress, that link will take you to the hook up page, on this page you fill in an ¡¡EXISTING!! forum account and that will allow your account to access the secret forum. So make sure your make a forum account then fill in the username of it on that page. If thats not the problem try contacting support or maybe the IRC can help you.

Be sure to email the team at [email protected] and include your transaction ID from your payment choice (Paypal/GoogleCheckout etc) which will help them track down your order, and your forum account name. They'll fix it up for you.

I have this same problem. It's been over 2 weeks since I contacted Wolfire support and they told me "I have placed your email address in our queue for email corrections".

Well as Endoperez pointed out, we do get this quite a lot. I'm sure they'll get to it soon. You could try to catch one of them in the IRC, or Johannes in the live chat support. They might be able to provide further help.
