Okay, here's the steps to get your key, then you can access the alphas.

1. Click on "Lost Key?" at the top right of this page: http://www.humblebundle.com/?cs=1
and input your email

2. Go here: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=14968
3. Select PC or Mac (as applicable)
3. Enjoy!

Most others seem to have the preorderer tag now, only FunInt3ntions seems to still miss it. You should send them an e-mail at [email protected]. Also, could someone who did get the preorder tag tell how long they had to wait before the account was activated?

Yeah, you'll need the Preorder tag to access the SPF and it's modding subforum. If you've payed but the tag isn't under your username like it should be, shoot an email to [email protected] detailing the issue and they'll help you.

I got the e-mail when i pre-ordered it, but when i try to access the secret forums, I don't have permission.

I just pre-ordered today. First I entered my desired email address on the http://www.wolfire.com/overgrowth pre-order page, and selected a payment method (I used Amazon Payments, just for reference). After completing the payment, I got the pre-order email within less than minute, and followed the link in that email to the pre-order instruction page on http://www.wolfire.com. The first step asked me to enter in my forum name (which I had activated before-hand). I entered my forum name in, and it sync'd instantly, and I now have access to the SPF forums (and modding sub-forum), and am downloading the latest alpha build.

It took me maybe 5-10 minutes for the entire process. It seems like it shouldn't be taking a day or more to get that email, so something might have been done incorrectly. If you didn't get the email, my best guess was a typo when entering the email before selecting the method of payment, or maybe it ended up in a Spam/Junk folder.

Thanks a lot for the detailed and informative reply! That's how I thought it should go, but since I preordered a long time ago, I wasn't sure if it was still that quick, or if I just didn't remember how long it had taken.

I have the same problem and emailed them a couple of days ago but i dont get responses after the first email they send you...

Any idea how long it should take them to respond?

I know exactly what I did wrong and sent them a e-mail. Just waiting for further instructions now. Its just that this is a game I would play sooner rather than later.

i'm having the same problem. i never got an email telling me how to get my alpha key. when i email wolfire about this, i get no response. Also, i do not have access to the spf. it's been over a day. is there something i'm doing wrong?

There are only 2 people actively working at Wolfire, so it may take a couple days for them to send you a response.
