Have you contacted Wolfire support? They generally handle these problems relatively fast.

I think these problems are usually caused by creating the forum account after preorder, and not before.

Sounds like you people are still confusing as to the order of which to do things, so, your account isn't linked to the preorder. When you preorder it says 'insert your forum account' on a box, you can't advance the purchase without it, as far as I know, hence you need a forum account BEFORE preordering to insert there.
Looks like payments are going through even though accounts aren't actually tied
are you sure "you people" was the best term to use?
