You bought the game, for your account and handed the account over to your cousin? That's fine.
And he gave you a copy?
So, from all this, I'm getting that a single purchase was made and two people have acquired the game from it.
That means that the legitimate user of the account that has a purchase registered is all fine and that you have still, in a rather roundabout way, pirated the game.
Does anyone wish to engage butt-hurt mode, or maybe contest my claims in civil discussion?

Also, you gifted the game to him, then illegally copied it? Why not just buy it for yourself, then illegally give it to him? Seems like that would be the normal approach.
Also, what is his account name? If you don't answer, we can assume you are lying.
