Since I still haven't got the actual preorder, I'll have to post this here...
My idea is basically that, while running, if one of the player's feet come in contact with a small heavy (or fixed in position) object he will trip and enter ragdoll mode. If the object is lght though, It will just make the player lose speed and/or stumble.

Yeah, the devs are unlikely to see the helpful comments because they get swallowed up. Best to post them here, where they are easy to see.

Yeah, it doesnt seem too hard to implement... And it would make the physics more realistic!

My only fear would be that it would become unfair. The player would feel like they died only because they didn't see a rock on the ground that they figured Turner would be able to step over. It feels too random to be a fair component of this game.

I agree, it's a bit random and silly. I mean, sure, if you run into a big rock, you're going to fall, but keep in mind that we have much less control over our characters in-game than we do over ourselves. We can't carefully control Turner's every step, or make him place one foot further for one stride to avoid a rock, something we do naturally. When it comes down to it, do you want to play a fighting game, or QWOP?

Well, I meant visible rocks, not tiny particles, and they won't kill you :s

Even though they may be visible, it still stands that you do not have the same sort of control over the character that you do over yourself. It would be so much easier to accidentally walk too close to a rock and trigger the ragdoll than it would be to actually run into a rock and trip over it IRL. It has a huge potential to be finnicky. Actually, the thing is that sometimes if you fall just the wrong way in OG, your hit your head and die. Awesome for fights, not so awesome for trying to walk. Even if you don't die, it would still be incredibly annoying to fall down repeatedly for no apparent reason.

That's a pretty decent suggestion, unlike some that I saw not long ago (Adding M4A1 or M16a4 to the game, i mean c'mon)
