cant play overgrowth

hi i pre ordered overgrowth from amazon and have not gotten a email about the fourm code... does it matter if i bought it first then made account but used the same email? and i have also tryed to contact wolf fire but have to recieved a email back.... help?

I was told that you should create your forum account first, and if you don't it might cause a bit of a delay.
