Hi! I recently pre-ordered Overgrowth, and received my payment confirmation, but no email from Wolfire. I pre-ordered around 5 hours ago, and recently emailed Wolfire around 2-3 hours ago. Im probably just being impatient, but also wondering if I could get help. I think the problem is I entered two different emails. One when you are first prompted and then another during the paypal transaction.
I have checked both emails (Inboxes and Spam folder).

If you used two emails, it may be more difficult to track down. In the email you sent them, did you include the transaction ID from your purchase? That will be the definite way they can locate your purchase.

Also, since it is a holiday in the US today, the dev team may not answer your email before tomorrow. Sorry.

Ahh..., ok When i first emailed them I only put my receipt id. I just got finished emailing them back with the transaction Id. Thanks!

Sorry to hear that. I did talk to one of the devs, and they were looking into it. I hope it is resolved soon.

Hey Xair, this should be fixed shortly. We just finished migrating to a new system which should fix this lag from occurring in the future as well.
