Requesting a refund.

About a week ago I pre ordered overgrowth and followed all the instructions to get it. But I did not receive the email giving me the link to download. Do not get me wrong the game looks great and I will be more than happy to purchase it once it is released but at the moment I need my money to purchase important things. If I were to receive a refund it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your time.
