Alright, so I have Overgrowth (didn't pirate it) and i have this problem that happens when i try to run "Red Shards" in get the error The file Users/Documents/Wolfire/Overgrowth/Data/Temp/conversion0.dds
is not a supported image type or could not be found.
WHAT IS THIS?

That, my friend, is a bug. They sometimes happen, since this is an alpha. There is a fix, on the preorder subforum. Once you link your forum account to preorder status, you just follow this link for Windows or Mac fixes. Unfortunately, I don't think there's a Linux fix yet.

To connect your forum account with your preorder status:

SO when i downloaded the file and opened it in winRAR it said i needed some program to open it. So i downloaded the program, then it said i needed another program.

ALright I decided to download the other program and it said the application couldn't start correctly.

What's the name of the file you downloaded, and the name of the file inside it? Which program did you download?

I can't help you without more information. And before anyone else starts wondering, yes, I noticed.

i downloaded two file fixers called nvtt.dll and libpng12.dll

The file i downloaded was the Overgrowth fixer one. The one you told me to download.

Ah, that's the problem. You downloaded the wrong file. You should download the file from here. Sorry for the confusion.

I knew there was something wrong here, but for a some reason I still posted that other link first.

The other links were working. ITs just the first link you sent me when i opened it in winRRAR it said i needed another program to run it. And whats with the pirate thing?

Well...

You haven't downloaded the file I linked you to, but some other random stuff.

You claim you have downloaded the file I linked to. It should have opened with winrar and shouldn't have required anything else. In addition, you could only follow the link to the Secret Preorder Forum if you had the preorder tag, which you don't have.

So if you couldn't have downloaded the file you say you downloaded, and you have some weird files I don't know anything about instead, and you're not a preorderer... well, it sure does look like you're a pirate. If you're not, I assume you'll have the preorder tag shortly.

I did download the link you said. It then said it needed two other file fixer things. And i have another profile. I'm not a pirate.

Then all you have to do is log in with your other forum account that has a preorder tag on it and click on this link to get some more help, simple as that.
