I just got a new laptop and I was wondering how to get the email to get the download again without having to pay for it again.

At first follow this tutorial, to get the access to the Secret preorder forum, where all the preorderes are discussing about the alphas and all the other action, like new maps and mods are.
Now after that, you also see the topics about "Unofficial Overgrowth a number here build". The latest build is a198 that you can access from here. From there you can also see the download links .
One more thing you may need is SUM launcher

You can have your key re-sent to you by filling out the Key Re-sender forum on Humble Bundles website: https://www.humblebundle.com/store/keyresender

(Even if you didn't buy it from the Humble Bundle store, all of the links have been moved over to that site. If you have a Humble Bundle account, your key might already be there waiting for you at the bottom of the page.)

Tip:
Save that e-mail or bookmark the page bit sends you too.

That could save you some trouble in the future.
