My previous account was deleted, and i want my preorder back

does anyone know if i can get my overgrowth preorder back? i didn't download the alphas constantly; i thought i'd leave it for a few months so i would get a slew of changes upon coming back. however, when i try to log in, and when i try to get my password back by type in my username and email, it says that i don't have an account. please help

Are you sure you're typing in the correct e-mail? I'm not sure if this is helpful to you, but here is the list of forum accounts that could have downloaded the alphas previously; you might want to check if the account is still there?

Do you still have the payment info/proof of purchase somewhere? If you do, you can e-mail Wolfire guys, prove that you bought the game, and they'll help you out.

The guys at Wolfire are extremely helpful and cool in general. If you have any way of proving to them that you actually preordered the game, they will happily give you the ability to download the game.
