how do I do this? I found it in the config file but I dont know what to do to it, Help? thx

He's probably talking about the windows version, I suspect that most of the people who will ask about Black Shades will be asking about the windows version where you can't just set developer mode = 1 in the config file

To activate developer mode in windows, open config.txt in the main folder and make sure it says something like this
