I think they could be spambots... look at xenicalll... it's a spambot.

An influx of spambots does not bode well for this forum.

I propose temporary moderator priveleges to eradicate the spambot threat!

Or, failing that, extra vigilance on the part of the existing mods.

Topic split due to mass spammage and off-topic-ness. I apologize for meddling, but it had to be done.

Anyway, I haven't seen an unusual amount of spambots recently - maybe Lugaru got Digged. Or it could have been a search engine bot.

And in other news, Lugaru is best Shareware game out.
Lugaru 2 Is there for, going to either be greatest game ever, or a complete letdown, and Knowing david, Its going to jump to the top of the Mac Charts as the best game of all time!

For a while I had forgotten about Lugaru because there weren't any updates in the blog for quite a while. I've been playing other games... haven't played Lugaru or Toribash in quite a while...

Though, now that I checked the website, months later, I've seen that David is still doing a great job on it (lugaru 2, not Lugaru), and now this game is on my "to get" list along with Spore...

THat's one problem though. If Lugaru is released near the date of those super-hyped games such as Starcraft 2 then it probably won't get much attention.

As for the spam bots, Define Cynical (Ozy and Millie fan forum) had recently gotted tons of visitors... spam bots...
