Sorry for the shocking default theme. I am going to make a new one shortly. In the meantime, please let me know if any problems turn up!

It does look a bit cheerful. I'm not sure Turner would approve.

Ok, the new theme is now live. You may need to clear your cache for it to work correctly!

It appears to be working correctly, but is there a way to get it to conform to the page size? It doesn't look so great on large monitors :?

Somehow I really really hate it. Maybe it's because it's new to me. However...it does let me make things purple.

Who the hell is John?

Let's try it out for a couple of weeks before I change it, cause I've got 1024 other things to do at the moment and it is hard to judge a radical change the minute you see it after being used to the other one for years. In the mean time, please keep a list of suggestions you'd like to see implemented.

John will introduce himself soon. :)

I really hate the new theme too, mainly because of the subject line defaulting to "Re: Topic Title" instead of nothing. Now that this has happened and you can see the subject loud and clear, people'll start calling their responses "Re: Topic Title" all the time, but the old ones will have no subject because it was the default.

Could you perhaps just remove the subject line altogether except for topic titles, to keep things organized for us Virgos on the forums? :P

Yeah, the message subject being larger than the username makes it difficult to tell who's posting without actually looking for it, especially since now the user info is off on the right.

Would it be possible to not only take it out (as BWS suggested) but make the username text larger so as to stand out more?

Is it a coincidence that you chose 1024? 1024 is 2 to the power of 10, or 2^10. It is the exact amount of RAM I have on my computer. My screen resolution is 1024 X 768. Is it strange I noticed that?

I only have 256 things to do now, so I will probably be able to mess around with the forums some more soon.

I don't much like it either. Liked the old one better. But it's not really a big deal.
