Re: Fan Art
I have several drawings, and I want to upload them, but I have a problem with my computer image scanner. I have studied the real animals so I could get the faces right, so I hope they look better.

Re: Fan Art
I challenge people to draw Turner. I want this thread to survive, so I think this might revive it. You could draw a family photo from Lugaru, or an action scene. PLEASE participate. I probably won't win unless I am the only one entering. I will say more later.

Re: Fan Art
I accept this challenge
Re: Fan Art
it looks like 3 minutes work and it was 3 minutes of work. I had to set a pencil in place to cover up a password i use. Turner is drawed in red and my mobile phone took the photo. I have applied a negative filter and killed all the lights in my room. The Flashlight did the rest to let turner apear in green instead of red. The angle is the actual drawing position so if i would have taken the photo in 90° it seemed streched.

Took me quite a while to figure out what I was looking at, and I wouldn't have been certain without that description.kibaoo wrote:[devious art]

That's delightfully roundabout, with a lovely result.
I like it.

Re: Fan Art
For the contest, I am thinking that the submissions will be due in between Overgrowth Weekly 88, and 89. I am not sure how to decide the winner. Is there a voting mechanism on the forums?
EDIT: I got my scanner fixed yay! I got three pics! Turner has a bit of scanner in his midriff, sorry about that! Wolf was quick, about 7 minutes. The rabbit guard was 18, and Turner was about 13 minutes. Yes I time them.
Feel free to give me criticism! I need it to get better, so I can win the contest!

Re: Fan Art
@daxtard i always make a light drawing first to get the proportions & perspective right (outlines &squares) and then add detail where i feel like. I think drawings are more intersting if you stop when its no more fun, it gives them a center / eye point
