I just finished drawing some bunnies attacking a bear. Ill post it later when I'm finished coloring it.

:D Thanks! I'm trying to draw at least a little each day. Whenever I go for too long without drawing I notice my skills start slipping. Looking forward to that bear.

Can you give me any tips on Drawing Anthros?
I use alot of reference material. For birds I've looked at Audobon prints, for animals I really like this Drawing Wildlife book I have by J.C. Amberlyn (I have another one called Animal Drawing by Charles R. Knight but I don't think its quite as good), I'm kind of a bonsai fanatic as well so for trees I have a pretty nice library to reference. Google images works nicely too if you don't feel like laying out cash. I'm not suggesting doing photocollage paint-overs - though I have done some of those just for fun for The Secret World - but getting a nice group of photos together can really take some of the guess work out of how to draw particular details.
Starting out with a rough sketch, showing some lines of action, and a kind of blocky version of what you plan to do later is also always a good idea, if I had taken my own advice on that one I might have been able to avoid the backwards legs on my first picture.

This is one of my biggest problems, and also one of the reasons I got so much better once I started doing contract work full time.

Nice! Regarding the bear, I think some the problems your having are from drawing him face-on, if he were slightly turned it would make it much easier to show depth and he wouldn't seem to flatten out as much. Something for another drawing obviously. Rabbits are looking good!

I did some inking on the Ninja Squirrel and Cat:

I like it like this, except that I need to make the mist more evident, but I might try to color it just to see what I can do.

Yes, and then you shall draw more squirrels *hypnotizing ray*

(and the shading looks great, by the way =) )

Hamish: suicide rabbits? And, well, you really like to draw that blood don't you? I'm not sure what you're using to color but perhaps you could give a shade or two to the blood... I dunno... it does seem a little bright =P

But yeah... rabbits must have lost the will to live.

Nice bear Hamish. Pretty cool scene.
It is cool watching the progress on the cat picture too.

Nice work!
