The only vehicle I can see is a bunch of rat slaves towing a fancy cart with a cat on it... =o

as hilarious as that would be...it's not so much a vehicle...kinda like a horse isn't a vehicle

But in a game sense, something you can mount to make transportation easier...
Example being the horses in ES4. They aren't vehicles but they make traveling a lot faster.
Granted, a bunch of rats carrying you would only slow things down for you...

yeah, i'd assume in a stamina based position it would work...sacrifice half your speed to keep from having to regen stamina every 10 seconds of running on a 2 minute walk
but i don't see overgrowth as featuring anything near that...seeing as stamina would also hinder combat terribly...

maby they could make not realy a vehicle but a object that can roll on somthing like maby logs uder it and it can be used 2 hit a large amount of people

Seige battles would be interesting... but I'd think it would be more like... Turner finds he has to kill somebody inside a well guarded castle... but when he gets there it's under seige, so he has to somehow get in there... you know... hmm...

Or you could ride a Guinea pig or a Muntjac deer. Or Guinea Pigs pulling a cart, THAT WOULD BE COOL.
