Hello Wolfire community,

I hate those people that post a post just to direct you to their site, I really do...so I need to apologize.

We at Gamerz, Mercs, and Zealots are having our soft opening today (February 1st), and for that event we have an interview with Wolfire Games about their upcoming game Overgrowth. I did notice that they have given other interviews, so we tried to ask somethings that haven't been asked before, after all, what's the point of asking someone the same question, am I right?

We would be honored if you'd give our site a look for the soft release. The site url is www.gmzsite.com

Our Overgrowth article can be found here: http://www.gmzsite.com/page.php?62
Our interview can be found here: http://www.gmzsite.com/page.php?66

Thank you, again once again, I'm sorry for being one of those people. I wasn't going to post at first, but then I thought it would be rude to not share the interview with you.

hahah great. seems to me there was little or no knowledge of lugaru but that shouldn't really matter. in the words of Jeffrey Rosen "this interview is hot!" rofl it answered a few of my questions about overgrowth anyway.

I had some knowledge about Lugaru, but I figured that not everyone reading it would have been able to play the first game. It made more sense to me to try and answer a newcomers questions also.

ok it just seemed like lugaru was only mentioned by the developer like there was a certain point where it seemed like you were saying the combat system in overgrowth would be completely new. but that's just my twisted interpretation anyway nice site might have to sign up.

Oh, this review did mention Lugaru. I helped me actually finish the campaign mode! I hadn't known that I could just keep the mouse-button pressed to attack... I tried to time it every time, which didn't work out too well.

I liked the review, but I don't think it will get much attention here. It's more suited to people who don't know about Lugaru and Overgrowth, and I think it would get them to at least read more about them.

Very true. That's why it's not just referenced to at this site. But, as I told John, this is not only supposed to help our site. The bond between developer and...informer is to benefit each other. To leave THEIR community out of it is like slitting their throat ^^.
