we're not missing it, we're just having our stuff fall under the "it was only mammals which give birth to live young which were anthropomorphic" thing that david had said at some point which would now be impossible to find.

Ahh, it makes me nostalgic to see that avatar again... Post some funny screenshots, for old time's sake!
If you're confident enough to match (or get in reach of) Usagi's screens, that is...
Ah... Could Usagi be counted as a missing race too?
He's most certainly missing, and I'd say he was quite unique. Unique enough to be an entire race on his own?

Wolves and tigers aren't that far apart size wise.

It's not that hard to see, really.
A. Rat and Wolf in same game is near the limit.
B. Tiger and Wolf are about the same size.
A+B: Rat and Tiger in the same game is near the limit.
Noz's logic fails on two accounts, though. First, if wolf is already near the limit, and tiger is bigger, the tiger can be slightly over the limit. Second, the SMALLEST living subspecies of tigers are up to twice as big as the biggest wolf specimens ever documented! From Wikipedia pages on wolves and tigers:
"Though rarely encountered, extreme [wolf] specimens of more than 77 kg (170 lb.) have been recorded in Alaska, Canada, and the former Soviet Union. The heaviest recorded gray wolf in the New World was killed on 70 Mile River in east-central Alaska on July 12, 1939 and weighed 79 kg (175 lb.)"
"large male Siberian Tigers (Panthera tigris altaica) can reach a total length of 3.5 m "over curves" (3.3 m. "between pegs") and a weight of 306 kilograms, which is considerably larger than the sizes reached by island-dwelling tigers such as the Sumatran, the smallest living subspecies with a body weight of only 75-140 kg."

but that article shows that tigers are quite a bit larger then wolves as the largest wolf ever recorded was about the size of the lowest number in the average range of the smallest tigers course I suppose we would have to use island tigers if OG takes place on lugaru still.
