I don't know if the graphics card would run it. There's a thread for supported video cards in the Secret Preorder Forum, but no one has reported a GF 9200 card. :|

Preorder this and you'll have around 20 min of gameplay each week.

Unless someone with an NVidia 9200 comes to this thread to tell Overgrowth works, you can't be sure if it'd work. Minecraft would be a safer choice.

I think Overgrowth will work,. If it doesn't work yet, it hopefully will once it has been optimized. However, that will probably not happen until the game is almost ready. I don't know how far away that is, but it's been in development for a few years already... Eventually, there might also be a demo version, and then it will be much easier to tell whether the game works or not. So if you're interested in Overgrowth, you can come back in a few months, perhaps a year, and see if there's more info on the requirements.

Zoovigger, if you pre-order Overgrowth and find that it won't run on your computer, no matter what you do, you can always ask for a refund. I'm not entirely sure the same is true about Minecraft...

Although, once the actual game is released, it should run on a wider variety of computers. Currently the game is essentially permanently set to maximum settings, you could say, seeing as it's just an alpha so far.

EDIT: As Endoprez said, I suppose that if you buy Minecraft now, by the time you get enough money to get Overgrowth too it will be well before the game is optimized. It all comes down to if you want an alpha of a ninja rabbit fighting game/engine test (that's sort of what it is at this stage) or if you want an alpha of a sandbox blocky builder thingymajig or something...

Oh... Well i am 100% sure minecraft will run but im stumped because mc is half off but when it goes into beta it will be the same price of overgrowth and then it won't be worth it =(... But overgrowth looks good enough to be sold for 50 bucks at gamestop to me. Anyways if someone can help me get a clear answer like yes or no that would be nice

tbh, none of them.

Wait for next Bioware game, or go play StarCraft 2

At the moment, the game is very unoptimized, and is very demanding on your computer. There are not many options to use to tune down game quality or boost performance. I'd say you'd better wait for a while if you're hesitant and wait until the game is more optimized for low performance computers aswell.

Overgrowth is currently faster than it was a few weeks ago. Few weeks ago having more than a couple enemies really bogged the computer down. After some optimizations were implemented, more than a dozen simultaenous AIs are possible (for some computers). Few months ago, before other optimizations, my computer couldn't handle even a SINGLE animated character. The next time a computer-intensive feature is added, it might again slow everything down to a crawl. Or a new feature might cause a bug that stops specific computer setups from working. Or the game might start running three to five times faster.

There are also computers that have trouble running the game, and since this is an alpha, it's likely more will come up. Your computer can PROBABLY run this game, but at the moment it's impossible to know for sure, without first testing the game on your PC.

On what setting can you play Crysis? Cause if you have to use a low-quality configuration for it to not lag, Overgrowth can be hard for you computer to handle, at the moment.

My computer is somewhat high-end:
Computer Specifications wrote:Processor: ........ Intel Core i5 760 - Quad Core, 2.80 GHz
Graphic Card: ... ATI Radeon HD 5800 Series - 1 GB Dedicated Graphic memory.
Memory: .......... 4 GB RAM

Basicly, I can run Crysis on Maximum Quality without a problem.
