Since everyone else was more tactful, I'll be the blunt one: you're a moron. How on earth do you justify that? They have an engine which is legally trademarked and reserved to their name. It's not as if they 'stole it' from a small indie developer that they've most likely never heard of. In all fairness, if there can only be one game mentioned in that article, it should be Warhammer 40K: Space Marine.

If they already trademarked it you could change the engine name to Rabbitfoot. Sounds hot to me.
