When will the public demo for overgrowth come out. I am guessing after beta?...

I would imagine much.. much.. much closer to release... like, weeks before release?

Why would there be a demo before release? If the game isn't ready yet, they should work on the game, and then do the demo afterwards. If people play the demo, then find out the full game doesn't offer anything that wasn't in the demo (yet), they might buy something else and forget about that one game.

Or they could finish the development, release demo, then afterwards release the game.

The full game is for those who have already bought the game. The demo is for those who haven't. Paying customers are usually valued more than potential customers.

Anyways: it's going to be in the next humble bundle, so you can buy it for a penny if you're a bastard like that.
