Also I don't understand how tilting your head to the left helps

In the last frame, it's Mr. Victim's head lying down on it's side, it looked more like a lump with an eye stuck on it to me.

Well in Lugaru they never die instantly, they just run out of blood hella freaking fast. If you backstab someone and then quickly jump away, the guy will grab your legs and then bleed to death in the process.

In the comic strip he gets stabbed, shuts his eyes, falls to the ground and re-opens them up. And it's not that lazy eyed look that your body relaxes down to when you die with your eyes open, it's a wide open look of intensity and struggle that can happen only if you're alive and focused.

That can only happen if you're thoroughly killed? Look, I'm doing that look right now, couldn't do that if I were dead. Nor would a body automatically decide to strike such a pose after being dead. Plus, the guy is obviously alive, you can't die that fast in 2 seconds. People have taken flak in the chest, spilled their entrails, or have had their entire mid sections blown off, and they don't even die in 2 seconds... give em five or ten.

I'm pretty sure you can have your mouth and eyes open when you're dead.
As I see it he's alive all "frames" (what do you call them in english?)
except the last one.

I know this may be a bump but I found this and it really looks like some Vib's work,there is more actually, I found it on a site that I cannot tell the name because of the rules 1 and 2, that is in general agaisnt furries, and so I was just wondering if it was really by Vib and if he goes on that site too...
