I don't think the wiki has that capability, although it would be the best solution. In the meantime just email me the files and I will host them for you guys.

AFAIK, most wikis have a file upload capability, but probably not a moderated upload capability. I don't see why you couldn't just put something like "Email Jeff at
[email protected] if you want your maps and/or mods uploaded to wolfire.net, Wolfire's dedicated fileserver" (Or whatever wolfire.net is
) on the wiki in appropriate places, somewhere in the main page, maps page, and mods page would work well.
