And iof so, what do you do once you change the 0 to 1? what is it supposed to do?

No you can't.
Apart from many other things you get all the console abilities and all the hot-keys mentioned in the wiki, (and in the debug info in the data folder) when you change 0 to 1. You also get the choice to toggle on the map-editor for some extra fun.

Oh yeah, don't forget you get to have your name, and all sorts of cool stuff on the bottom left while you play!

theyre no chance to have debug in the demo but play just the demo
