So basically, Levbot created the idea's for throwing swords and other modified weapons. What you have to do is:
1. Back up all your data/models folder, in case you want to go back.
2. Open the models folder and delete the file named Throwingknife.solid
3. Copy and past a new Sword.solid file
4. Rename the duplicate file to, throwingknife.solid
5. when you play Lugaru, your knife should be shaped like a sword, but it still acts like a knife
Hope that helps

heh heh, just tried that rabbit staff and it works pretty well. It's cool because all the impacts happen when the object hits them. Turner holds the wooden staff differntly but now the attacks look different. The verticle strike throws the enemies left, not straight down, the horizontal swing has a longer backhand motion.

Man that's crazy! I had no idea you could do that!
The staff gets stuck inside the sand when you miss the throw, that's really cool! And better yet, when you throw it into an enemy, it slams into them, instead of going through them. That's amazing, how does the game tell between a blunt surface and a sharp surface? This is hella sick programming!
