It Boots, It lets me get to the map screen, and it starts to load but it stops responding once (i think) the game is about to begin.
Is it my pc or is there a option or somthing i can do to fix it?

You can try to delete the config.txt, that makes Lugaru generate and use the default one.

If it still doesn't work then go into your config file and turn all the graphical options off or as low as they go, assuming that works just turn things back on one by one until you find the one causing the hang.
