Oh my god that's it! The balance is NOT restored and you start the game in some dark depressive famine setting. There's all this dead grass where it's been chewed down to the quarter inch. Then you kill other rabbits and steal their food, like their lunch and stuff.

Except it'd be rare for them to have any lunch in that case, and by "Start the game" I think you mean in Lugaru 2, no?

Or...they just hire somebody named FooFoo to go bopping other rabbits on their heads because he's blind and can't tell the difference between field mice and rabbits...therefore, lowering the population of rabbits enough that the balance is restored in the world and then the wolves come and eat FooFoo making Turner go on another rampage because FooFoo was his emergency ration when the grass started to get really low...nobody likes FooFoo...

That'd be rather funny if I knew who FooFoo was.

It's a children's rhyme. . .
"Little bunny FooFoo, hoppin' through the forest, pickin' up the field mice and boppin' them on the head. Down came the good fairy and said, 'Little bunny FooFoo, I don't want to see you pickin' up the field mice and boppin' them on the head."

"Or I'll turn you into a goon!"
Little Bunny FooFoo is a "shaggy dog story," or a REALLY long story that is kinda pointless, and the punchline is stupid or irrelevant
EX: After FooFoo bopped enough field mice the fairy finally turns him into a goon.
The moral: Hare today, goon tomorrow (Hair tofday, gone tomorrow)

Isn't L2 like Turner finding meaning to his shattered life or something?

Probably. I'll like it then, I like hermits and wanderers.
Actually, I'll like it no matter what, probably.

(Sorry for reviving an old topic but)
I doubt that the grass will be eaten down yet, rabbits are great breeders but anthromopic (I don't know how to spell it, I'll just call them A.R) rabbits don't seem to be, Turner only had one child and the village was pretty small. The famine will come, but eventually..... Muahahahaha!

I think that Turner will most likely be some type of wanderer/hermit judging from what we've seen in the blog ( concept art, objects, etc. ) As for the storyline it could be just about anything. I personally can't wait and am wondering will there be support for intel macs? I'm planning on purchasing a macbook pro. I imagine there would be since there is a windows version of the previous game but thought it prudent to ask.
