Lugaru wont make new profile

Lugaru when i deleted my privous file and tryed to make a new one then it wont let me..im on the demo... do i have to reinstal it?

He's on Windows (see topic "problems with lugaru").
And no, you shouldn't have to reinstall, whef.
Try deleting the config.txt and users.txt files (they're in the data folder).
