I got the message treachery or something like that and it when the the back of his neck! Any way nice GIF USagi!

You must have gotten a knife somehow, because their are only three kinds of stealth kills like that. Unarmed, it's Spinecrusher, with a sword it's Backstabber, and with a knife you get Tracheotomy.



But that's wierd because you don't even get a knife on that level unless you spawn one in debug.

it could have been a bug.

now i can kill wolves with backstabber... but.... is possible to kill a wolf with tracheotomy (cut his neck with a knife)? and... is there a deadly back attack with the staf???

Yes. It won't give you an award though.

To perform it, just do a horizontal staff attack from behind.

Yes, but it's harder because they can smell and hear you coming. Make sure your knife is cleaned, and jump from behind and land right against his back, then Trach! him.

It's not so much a tracheotomy as chest surgery from the back; the wolf's too big.

It works better on the little wolves, though there it seems like you're pithing him like a frog in biology class.

Seem like awards to me; they just don't have a bo related name. And of course if you kill him you'll get Wolfslayer! as well (see above gifs).

And of course there's always this one, combining techniques:

Just make sure the end of your bo is nice and sharp.

ok, but i was talking about a special attack like the backstaber but with the staff.
and, if you have a knife with blood will the wolf smell you?
and what happen if its clean?

what program do you use to make gif and videos for lugaru?
And...i have thought the thing of "Usagi's squire" and you are right, maybe i dont want to be your squire it could be better like this "Usagi's padawan" or "Usagi's aprentice"

You could use fraps and then find a program that converts video files to .gif


Then you open the .gif in an image editor and add/remove frames.

Or you can just take 3 or more pictures really fast and then make that into a .gif with only 3 frames.


The fraps idea is better because the .gif will be smoother and have more frames. Like a high frame rate in a game.

The wolf will smell you or hear you. It's just a bit easier for wolves to smell you with blood on your knife. The same applies for swords.

Wow. I didn't know Lugaru was that in depth.

I guess the staff is really too blunt to get blood on it right?

Not IMO, it's just not programmed to get blood splatters on it.
