i seem to have ran into a problem... i cannot create more than 35 levels

Ah yes, I believe there is a level limit for Lugaru's campaigns. But you could always just split your campaign into two separate campaigns. What I mean is, make one campaign with, for example, 25 levels. Then make a "part 2" campaign with all the other levels. Some of the user-submitted campaigns have had to have been split in two because they are too large. If it's necessary, nobody will care. People will be very glad you have taken the time to make any new maps at all.

actually, i figured out what i wa doing wrong, i fixed the issue and i have continued to work on the last few levels, infact i may be done sooner than expected

Oh also when I played thru the campaign Jack (deadish one) in stead of dying he was smashing at me, but not running at me. weird bug tho!

ya, sometimes there is an invisible weapon glitch, that not caused by the mod but it might be a bug caused by dedit
