To be honest if I knew one of the characters was fighting me but not intending to kill me, I'd find it kind of hard to kill him. Even in video games, I can't really do the cold blooded killer thing. That's why I only ever ended up being light side in KOTOR. The times when I was forced to do something evil kind of messed with my head. I like having the choice.

That's how it started =P

I did not intend to make everyone engage in a big debate about KOTOR. Sorry. Let's just get back on topic..

I for one am all in favour of using the double-bladed weapon. That's going to be MINE. :D

Oh god.. Wait.. On second thoughts no.

I prefer dual wield, but I imagine I will be using either a single blade or a sword & shield alot.

Shield? Why block when you can counter? That's what Lugaru's all about. ^_^

Yeah it sorta is but i'd prefer a shield because counters can be reverse-countered.

So could shield blocks, actually. You could grab the opponent's shield and toss him over your shoulder with it. It'd take a lot of strength, but turner has a lot of it. I hope something like this will be put into L2, actually…

Not if the shield is blocking an _armed_ attack, which is kinda the point of the shield

Not really the only use for a shield though, especially in a world of super ninja kung-fu bunnies. It hurts your fist when you punch a brick wall, doesn't it? :P

What I want to see is a Biologicals vs. Technologicals match between Turner and wolves in exo's. THAT would be epic, depiste the fact that they all basically live in the stone age in Lugaru.

But imagine landing one of those uber-kicks onto an exo-powered wolf, having it fly back and explode, or being able to leap over it and cut the cords on the back for a non-lethal take down, or throwing a knife directly into the sweet spot and killing the wolf inside.

(drool)
