Okay then lets. If the windows version gets ported I think the system requirements will be like this.
400mhz AMD/P2 or higher.
Open GL 1.3 or higher, possibly DirectX 7.0-9.0.
64-128 mb of ram.
Soundblaster card.
8-16mb vram card TNT/ati rage or higher (since motion blur and textures suck quite a bit of GPU power). Baiscly a 32-64 mb vram card such as a geforce 3 or ati radeon 9000 will do the job.

So, getting back on topic...
When David ported a beta version of Lugaru to PC, I ran it on my desktop with every major graphic turned to low or off.
Windows XP
Pentium II - 450 mHz
8MB Video Card
256 MB RAM <-- obviously could have been less.
Not sure about OpenGL or DirectX

wouldn't it be OpenGL? it would be way too much of a pain to port it to directx on a low budget (i.e. not Doom 3)

You got a point there. It would be a lot better if it was only on openGL. Then it would be easyer to port it onto windows and linux since openGL is pretty much hybrid. And Blorx, since we are back on topic, this thread is not going to turn into a PCvsMac thread.

Whew, good. I don't want another war...if you wanna squabble about Mac vs. PC, find a Microsoft or an Apple dedicated forum...

Nobody was working on it for a month or two, but as of today it is moving forwards again.

Who is? and how long? At my school I can test it. And I have a friend who would love to play!
