In some forums/chats it is. But if the World Wide Web started doing it then this would be bannable.
What if all of those ads that were like "ANSWER THIS AND U GET A FREE HOUSE WITH A FULLSCREEN TV AND CORVETTE" worked without having to do those "BUY THIS BUY THAT CREDIT CARD HERE [.............]" things?
