Rather than increasing the enemies health, why not increase there resistance to damage?
"protection" increases high medium and low resistance to blunt attacks.
"armor" increased high medium and low resistance to sharp attacks.
adding "near" the the end of them gives the attributes to the nearest enemy.
so for instance, typing "protectionnear 100 100 100" would give the nearest enemy good resistance to blunt attacks, like staff hits. then, "armornear 100 100 100" would give the nearest enemy good resistance to sharp attacks, like sword slashes. i still find it easy to kill enemy's with only "100" on all there attributes, so i usually put it up at "10000", works great, especially on insane

I expect the way to do that to be extremely similar.
Try out what seems logical, it might just work.

or occasionally speednear doesn't work, so you have to change your speed and than create the enemy, than if setting your speed to 1 doesn't change it than I believe that there's a resetspeed or speedreset command though I can't remember everything.

To give an enemy 2000 health - type "health 2000" ..enter..and then type 'p'..enter.

Since creating enemies just reproduces what the player's character is, you can just change the player's health to what you want as the enemy's and then reset the players after you have created them.

faster enemies won't test your reflexes they'll just kill you, your reflexes may be up to speed but your character won't be unless you're both sped up.
