Lugaru problem

hi,
i just installed lugaru,but it is running extremely slow.
does anyone have an idea how to fix this problem?

Try turning off the motion blur in the options.

still doesnt work,
i have this problem at te menu also.

How good is your computer?

well,i have a good pc and reinstalled it about 5 times.I hava vista
