Debug problem
Well, first of all none of the debug keys are working.

well, debug has to be set to 1 in order for the debug keys to work, I don't think I've had this problem, but still, is it saved with the extension .txt or is it something else? and when you're trying to use debug mode are you remembering to hit shift+m? these are just random pointers that lots of people don't follow the first time, I wouldn't know what the problem is though, unless of course you're using the demo for some reason.

yeah I suppose you could have included the shift+m thing as being a debug key I was just making sure, I didn't see anyway though that the file extension was mentioned, ROFL good hostile reply though. except the end there you need more work on your hostility.

sometimes it's a formatting error
make sure everything around the Debug setting is lined up correctly in the config.txt
also make sure that it's not changing the format of the config.txt at all...it needs to be simple text, not rich text. (it will still show up as a .txt file, just the original format will be changed and mess with the game)
if you're on Mac, i suggest editing in SimpleText
if you're on Windows, MS Word should suffice. Just when it asks about saving options, hit yes to save window and no to change format window, and any other window suggesting a format change or compatibility issues. if it lets you open and view it and then subsequently save it, it's supported well enough to work.
for now you might want to re-download the lugaru demo and take the config.txt from it to replace your current one so that you have an un-tampered with copy until you figure out what's wrong (don't worry, it has absolutely NO effect whatsoever on your registration status)

I actually think what problem i am currently exceperiencing is a windows vista problem, I would need to look around a bit for a fix. But shift + m does nto seem to be workin. But I will re dl the lugaru demo and see waht Ican do. Thank you for your reply.
