I didn't see that, though.
I saw some small picture of some weird-looking game which features a deer.
Links to different pics for different people? o.0

The picture is named hotlinking-is-gay.png...I'm assuming it's not him but someone playing a joke on us all...

I take offense to that though...I hotlink a LOT and don't think I'm gay for doing so...it's convenient rather than telling people to google it and search mindlessly through crap for hours.
=/

Not to mention, I'm ashamed at you guys for telling him off for bad grammar. He's Bulgarian...check his post in the Randomness forum.

Hotlinking is frowned upon because you're effectively stealing bandwidth. That's especially a problem with sites that have high traffic.
They get a pretty upsetting bill at the end of the month if they host a popular pic and everybody hotlinks it.
That's why they handle hotlinking aggressively, be happy that you've got no meatspin or tubgirl there.

If you want to show us a picture, download it and upload it again. Host it with http://tinypic.com or attach it to your post.

Okay, I admit it, I saw the image.

I saw the screenshot as well when I went to the URL from a blank "about:blank" page, though.

If you don't see the image despite linking to it from another website, your browser probably doesn't send an HTTP referrer when it normally should.
