A simple suggestion

Post by smashie » Thu Mar 17, 2005 2:30 am

How about a volume control in the preferences? It would make it a bit easier to listen to iTunes in the background without resorting to something like Audio Hijack.

Sounds picky, I know, but surely it's not that hard to implement?

That is a good idea; it would ideally be a slider of some kind, which is a little bit difficult in my menu system, but I will try and have that in my next update.

Yes.
The problem is that even at the lowest system volume setting, Lugaru is too loud. So unless your speakers have a volume control knob(Harmon/Kardon and other Apple speakers do not) then you are screwed.

Some of us like to have sound when playing.. but I wasn't referring to music(which you can shut off). The game itsef is too loud.

Some of us like to play with sound AND our own music at an acceptable volume, clear?

David: a slider is exactly what I had in mind, although a simpler 1 to 10 system would do just as well.

Zip: precisely - thanks!

Do you think you could also make it so that there is a mouse sensitivity control?
