Yeah, Devilsclub, I think you'll get a lot more satisfaction out of making a bunch of maps first, then add dialogues and storytelling when you have all the maps. (It's really fun to fight the maps after you finish 'em, too.)
Plenty of ambitious people have been frustrated into quitting trying to make campaigns. The dialogues installer is a serious fistful of aggravation.
I'd start with a general plot outline, so your maps won't have to be re-done, but if the whole thing starts to burn you out, at least you can download us a map pack.
If you still want to install dialogue into an already finished map, you might have to move a few characters around to get the dialogues to work... but placing and re-doing characters is fairly easy.
(+1 for using whatever dialogue you want-- I think it'd be fun to have characters actually say "LOL" and "eeek!")
