The person didn't make it to insult only me, they made it to be a douchebag to everyone on the forum. I mean, just look at some of his posts. They know that being an ass gets you banned so they make a new account (Cause it's free and easy) in order to act like a dick with no chance of their main login account getting locked.

It happens on many forums.

You can't even use IP bans to keep those people permanently locked out either cause most people do not have a static IP. It changes anytime you have a lengthy disconnection from your ISP for whatever reason.

Sure it could truly be some moronic little child using his mommies computer but it's not always the case. Anyways he got suspended for a week so maybe he'll shut up when he returns if he is actually a kid.
