Preorder and Lugaru HD

I was just wondering if it is worth pre ordering overgrowth. Also I was wondering if there is any difference between Lugaru and Lugaru HD?

Lugaru is the original version of the game, as created by David. Lugaru HD was a community member's contribution of new textures to the game, which Wolfire liked enough to include as 'Lugaru HD' which is, I believe, the currently available version. Gameplay is exactly the same, and as far as I'm aware, the only difference is the textures.
