- Added debug options to disable animation features
- Improved dialogue text positioning
- Fixed dialogue camera preview
- Fixed split screen rendering

- Updated SDL to 2.0.3 (fixes some controller and windowing issues)
- Added cats and rats
- New mesh simplification algorithm for character LOD
- Arena preloads all necessary files (no stuttering from file I/O)

A "leaked build" is when I grab the latest development build and package it up for you guys. It has a bunch of known bugs, so don't worry if it doesn't work for you. It is not condoned by David and Aubrey but we want to keep you guys in the loop and give you stuff to play with regularly!
If you find any bugs, please email a full description along with your system specs to [email protected].
*NOTE* Please remember that these are unofficial alphas and they do not represent a finished product. They are not polished builds, just raw development dumps.

Updated using the SUM Launcher. The game won't run. Even when I used the executable.

Re: Unofficial Overgrowth a206 build
I did this manipulation : File > Delete Local Files. I checked everything, at the end, a SUMLauncher pop-up told me that some files weren't delete. And it works.
For any reason, SUMLauncher is telling me that I've the Alpha 207 (6/02/14) installed. The same when I launch the game.
Thanks you guys for this update. o/

When turning the dynamic character cubemap on, your character doesn't cast any shadow. This is only when baked shadows are on, dynamic shadows work fine.
Re: Unofficial Overgrowth a206 build
Installed this from torrent and i now get this error when loading levels.
My system:
win 7
Intel Core i5 M520 2.4GHz 4CPU's And a integrated Intel HD graphics card.
when i press continue, all kind of other GLSL errors pop up until i get into level. The level is also not rendering correctly and same goes for sky texture.
There are no models or characters there but i can see dust particles from moving enemies. My system:

Re: Unofficial Overgrowth a206 build
So objects seem to like to flicker when at certain angles and cause distortion to the objects and it's textures. Such as this:
it's happens at random, pretty sure it happens on any level just some levels like the red shards seem to happen more often.
Here is my hardware report:
For Aubrey, here are a few character errors I found.
As you might see there are a few very noticeable white splotches on the legs of this rat model.
For this cat model I drew red squares showing the errors.
And to be honest these characters aren't very fun to look at. I think the proportions are fine, I mean how are we to judge on how an anthropomorphic cat or rat will look like in real life? What bothers me still is how your older models from years back can STILL have more detail put into them then some of the new ones. I loved how you listened to my feedback for the male and female models, and you did a great job on all the dogs. But then for these you kinda went back to not caring as much it seems.
I do really like the cloth fashion for all your characters. this I only notice with characters, the other assets look really great such as the vine rocks. it's just the character models need more depth, they just seem so flat. Sorry for the rant on characters again, I just feel really strong when it comes to the quality of them. Your work is still great though.
I don't think Aubrey comes on the forums much so if you read this David can you maybe show Aubrey?

Re: Unofficial Overgrowth a206 build
My screen is flickering in game and in the menu, and I don't know why. It makes this since the 205 update and my catalyst are up to date as evrrything in my pc is.
I5 3470
AMD R9 270X
8 GB RAM
Windows 7 64 bit
EDIT : Ok disabling fullscreen solve issue but it ruins immersion

Re: Unofficial Overgrowth a206 build
Downloaded my alpha 206 again from HumbleBundle ( Since SUMLauncher wasn't working.. ) On the steam and windows version, everything is green! As in, all the shadows and part of the character, is just green! Anyone else having the same problem? Also, the alpha says 207 and such.. so.. yeah. I don't see how alpha 205 worked perfectly, but 206 is all glitchy.

That sounds like it really happened.
