were do i type in my overgrowth CD code i have it on steam but were do i type it in at because the lind it says to go to humblebundle it always says as soon as i click on the link it always says key wrong and only gives me an option to put in my email and send me an email saying i dont have the gme but i do! please help

I recently bought Overgrowth on Steam, but i see no option to view my CD key, and thus i can not get into the SPF. Is there any other way to find it?

What operating system are you on?

I have heard that a few people on Macs had that issue. As far as I know Steam is aware of the problem, but hasn't been able to fix it so far.

Some people have been able to see the option after restarting their Steam client. If that doesn't work, you'd have to try using the client on a different computer. Maybe one of your friends has Steam and could let you check your profile to write down the code.

I'm running Windows 8.1, and i have tried checking in on Steam on my parents' PC, which also showed no CD Key option.

Do you have your SPF key?
You need to verify your account to get access, as described in the first post. You don't just gain access automatically when you buy the game.

OK so i did what you said it brought me to the link and it said Key does not exist But when i load up the game it says error 59 Cant create GL content what is this spending £23 for an error is not funny

That sounds like an issue related to your system. What operating system are you on and what are your hardware specs, specifically the graphics card?

Something slightly different: could you maybe use punctuation? It's kind of tough to make sense of what you are saying when it's all one huge run-on sentence.

It's been 2 years and there is still no fix for the problem that the "view cd-key" option isn't showing up ...
and the reason isnt that people use mac.. im on win 7 and cant see it either

Are you sure you are using the right email address and that the messages don't end up in your spam folder?

This is a problem on Valve's side, not Wolfire. If I were you,I'd contact Steam support and tell them to get their asses in motion and shoot Wolfire an email about it. The devs will probably be able to get you access to your SPF key, but there's no guarantee that they will see it in this thread.

That's because you aren't reading that step correctly.
You are not supposed to paste that link into your address bar and go to it. You are supposed to paste it into your address bar, replace the YOURCDKEY-part with your CD-key and then go to that unique address.

This is getting asked in this thread on every single page. How do people not get this?
