In my old theater where a man was said to be killed during it's construction a chandelier would mysteriously start to swing sometimes. The room had no air current, and I doubt that a little air vent would be enough to cause any motion.

Right paranormal happenings... let me think.

Well, one time, after coming home from a short trip, I found some recorded video on my camera that I hadn't captured. Seriously, no-one I knew had shot with it, it was a new tape. We didn't have a house guest or someone coming over at all. There were no break-ins, nothing.

???

The whole footage was just randomly panning around my bedroom... freaky.

(edits: got a little off topic...)

Sometimes my lower extremities start feeling really stiff, I think it's ghosts.

course all mine are quite easily explained, I move a lot in my sleep, there's a broken window in my basement which could cause an air current enough to open the door, and other stuff too I'm sure. it's an old house there could be loose pipes.

Paranormal is just another word used to describe things we, as a race, have not yet come to explain. It doesn't matter whether you believe in it or not. It just matters what you call it.

Anything which does not have a scientific explanation doesn't really warrant much belief. I'm expected to believe in things like ghosts because I can't disprove them scientifically? lolz. Still don't believe in so-called paranormal phenomena.
