How do i activate Vs mode?

I just want to know how to activate versus mode where it has that cool HUD shown in alpha 171.

First, you'd have to preorder the game, and then search for the answer in the secret preorder forum.

Yep we generally don't like helping people in the public forums as it makes it too easy for pirates to enjoy all the benefits of preordering the game.
