Get N64 Games on your Mac!

Post by Starrz » Tue Nov 11, 2008 7:08 pm

I found this thing out a couple of days ago. :D I always felt like an idiot  for selling my old 64, and I missed all the old games that were on it. So I downloaded this thing, and you can actually play 64 games on your Mac! (No PC, at least so far I don't think there is one)

You can download it here: http://www.sixtyforce.com/

aaaaaaand you can get the games here: http://doperoms.com/

and another thing: The "Apple" button is "A". The "option/alt" button is "B". Start is enter. The four "c" buttons are i, j, k, l.

Let the good times roll!

There are lots of N64 emulators for the PC. But still, good find I guess. I'm just not sure how legal it is unless you actually have the games you download.

funny thing... its illegal to download any ROM game unless you own it. and i have had a N64 emulator for well over a year, just a few months ago i got a PS1 emulator working and have Legend of Dragoon, FF7, Parasite Eve, Sheep Raider, Tomb Raider, and Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver. if anyone needs help with emulators i have had many of them and know how to get nearly all working. the problem with PS emulators, 1 or 2, is that you need memcard dump files, and BIOS taken directly from a PS 1 or 2. or you better be a skilled pirate with a sharp sword...

memcard dump files often come with the emu and quality BIOS are EXTREMELY easy to find in packs of like 6 or 7 regions

and they are illegal to download, but that doesn't seem to stop many people... the fact that they are illegal to download also makes them slightly difficult to find, but not very.

Not much emulator-wise is hard to find. Since most isn't illegal to download. It's just that you can't keep it longer than 24 hours if you don't have the games.

Well, the thing is, I never even knew about this. Where do you download a PSP emulator for Mac anyways?

i've found the betas of some games near impossible to find
though i have gotten ahold of one or two, i still haven't gotten ahold of dinosaur planet or earthbound 64...and if anyone EVER finds them, i will praise them forever

While roms are illegal unless you actually own the game, it's like how films are illegal to pirate. Everyone does it anyway.

Right now I've got a N64 emulator, SNES, GBA and a pretty decent DS one considering that most DS emulators suck.

Well, I've emulators for numerous game systems, and I don't understand why everyone makes such a big deal over legitimacy. Honestly, It's not like no one has ever downloaded a song they didn't pay for.
