Hey guys. These week on the souls of steel discussion in the wolfire forums someone mentioned something about Cortex Command multiplayer, so my main question is:
Is it possible to play cortex command multiplayer online?
If yes, how'?
How many of you do play CC?
CC?

Re: CC?
I lyke CC, but I only have the demo thingy of it... I also asked someone how to get multiplayer, because they mentioned it, but got no response.
I was guessing you could use Hamachi but I have no idea.

You can play CC online with Screen sharing on mac. On windows you can use remote desktop. I love CC. It's one of my favorite games.

Re: CC?
I guess remote desktop and screen sharing could be ways of playing it online, but there will never be any official online mode for Cortex Command.

Re: CC?
Completely true. I did manage to play CC "online" with my friend though.
Excellent game. Good gameplay, good aesthetics, good physics, good... well heck, good just-about-everything.
I really appreciate the inclusion of so many little things as well. Things like the fact that armour works properly. Or the way you can destroy an enemy's weapon while he's still holding it. And the way doors work. All that sort of stuff.
It's a game that would be fun to discuss. It's such a pity that their forums are overflowing with angry little boys.
Also, I'm something of a fan of Niklas Jansson, the fellow who does their artwork. It was really neat to see him find an indie game worthy of his talents.
