Yeah I had a good laugh at that. Telling the same thing four times in a row, no wonder noone really takes him serious.

Well, youth is the privilege to make your own mistakes, despite being warned by people older and wiser than you.

Prolect, I think, you should have listened to what TheBigCheese said and thought about it some more, instead of being offended and telling him off. He usually knows what he is saying.
I wish you luck with your game, guess you need it.

Well, I wish you luck then. I sure hope he knows C++ and has a vast knowledge of game programming, considering he's going to be building the game himself.

lol Where? I guess you edited that post....

You seem to be bitter that people are giving you sound advice. TBC is usually correct on almost everything, and you're just being a spoiled little kid about this. Most of the people on here were trying to help you, but you took it as an attack. These people know what they're talking about man, don't just brush them off because you want to look superior.

Somehow this thread reminded me of one of the older blog posts, so here it is:

I mean, maybe he doesn't want our advice, could understand that, but maybe Prolect will at least stop and think when it comes from David.

HA tokage dude i totally sent him that link on IRC xD

Prolect is gonna have to learn the hard way I guess, he thought my first post made him come off as immature but I think he's pretty much doing that himself now.

I remember for the longest time i had wanted to make a MMO when i was little, but I atleast had some programming and art skills and had done several small crappy games :P
