I know somebody who was at my friends house, talking to this random 50 year old japanese guy on chatroulette, and he asked her to "get her pussy out" so my friend who was there lifted up his cat, put it in front of the camera and went offline!

It wasn't a joke, it actually happened, they recorded it on their phone.

The problem with the internet is no one can believe you unless you have video proof or pics.

guys.
Can any of you help me ? I need to blur a picture but I don't know how to
Teach me please or at least recommend me some programs.
If you are willing to help, I can send you the file
Also, do you know about a program that records the screen in HD?

I've no idea about the Blur part.

HD? The programs will record your screen in whatever resolution your (yuck, I spelled it "you're" at first) desktop is at.

An "HD" resolution would be either 1280x720 or 1980x1080.
Also called as 720p and 1080p.

It might be possible that you have lost the quality of the video clip while editing it.
Make sure the input and output are basicly the same.

This is why I suggested the Adobe: Premier Pro tryout.

If you're just talking about a picture and not a motion picture you could always just use gimp, it's free and it has a couple of blur functions.
